A Return and Refund policy if booked online over RourKela online platform:
- We will accept the return on non-perishable goods as mentioned on the product/services description. If its not mentioned then it means items once sold will not be returned and no-refund will be provided.
- The item returned should be as provide or the return will not be considered.
- Customers needs to mandatorily mention the reason for return e.g. damaged or wrong product during cancellation
- You can initiate a return, by writing us an email with order details and cancellation reasons. Please also mention your booking details
- Once the items reach us refund will be processed online after deducting the delivery charges if reason of cancellation is not found satisfactory
